		<description>I would have to agree with you on your post.  One thing i would like to add is The most important factor when it comes to buying a vinyl fence or deck and railing system is THE MANUFACTURER! Things you should be aware of is.. 
1. How long has the manufacturer been in business for?
2. What is their track record? 
3. How the manufacturer is rated in the INDUSTRY?
4. How much does the manufacturer spend on R and D (research and development) 

I think after you ask these questions you&#039;ll get a much better idea of what you are spending your money on.
